How many charms can I fit in my locket?
In our new style locket we suggest up to 7 for the Petite Locket, up to 15 charms for the Medium Locket and up to 20 for the Large Locket. For our classic style locket we suggest 1-3 for the Petite 15mm Locket, 5-7 charms for the Medium 22mm Locket and 10-12 for the Large 28mm Locket. You can always swap your charms around and keep them in a Stow gift box when you are not wearing them.

Delivery
All orders are sent via Express or Registered Post with signature required upon receipt. We will pack and send your order as quickly as we can, but please allow 2 – 7 business days for delivery depending on your location. Pickup from our store is also available at checkout.
All parcels require a signature upon delivery, you can change the authority to leave via your NZ Post Real Me account, but you do so at your own risk. Courier drivers should not be permitted to sign for a parcel on your behalf.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item for a full refund within 14 days, subject to the conditions in our returns policy.
