Transference of an online gift voucher for in store use is a manual process and it may take up to 48 hours for funds to show in our store system - our apologies for any inconvenience.

Delivery
All orders are sent via Express or Registered Post with signature required upon receipt. We will pack and send your order as quickly as we can, but please allow 2 – 7 business days for delivery depending on your location. Pickup from our store is also available at checkout.
All parcels require a signature upon delivery, you can change the authority to leave via your NZ Post Real Me account, but you do so at your own risk. Courier drivers should not be permitted to sign for a parcel on your behalf.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item for a full refund within 14 days, subject to the conditions in our returns policy.
