Shipping policy

All of our products are sent with a Signature Track and Trace using NZ Post. All parcels require a signature upon delivery and can be tracked online during the shipping process via the NZ Post Track and Trace page on their website.

To ensure the security of your order, all orders that are received on Fridays or over weekends will be processed and sent the following Monday. Deliveries will be between Monday and Friday.

Please double check all details before submitting shipping information. Once a parcel is handed over to NZ Post, we are unable to redirect the parcel to a new address.

Ownership and Risk

All parcels require a signature upon delivery, you can change the authority to leave via your NZ Post Real Me account, but you do so at your own risk. Courier drivers should not be permitted to sign for a parcel on your behalf.

Precious Metals Group Ltd are not liable for any loss, damage or discretion once the parcel has been handed over to courier post. Ownership of the goods is relinquished from PMG when the parcels are picked up by NZ Post.

Ownership of the parcel and contents passes to you when the parcel has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, as well as risk of damage to the goods.
